Default 2 cars needed for Good Guys OPTIMA Batteries display - California

OPTIMA Batteries is the "Official Power Source" of Good Guys and as such, we will be bringing our OPTIMA branded big rig to both Pleasanton and Del Mar, CA. We are looking for two bitchin Lateral-G quality vehicles for each event. The Pleasanton event is March 28 and 29th and the Del Mar event is April 3 - 5th. We would like both vehicles to be brought to our display late in the afternoon the day before the event starts and it can be retrieved around 3:00 pm the last day of the event. In exchange for the use of vehicle, OPTIMA will provide each owner 2 complimentary tickets to the event, a complimentary entry for judging, and one free OPTIMA Battery.

Our preference is to use vehicles that already have an OPTIMA Battery, but we can provide one if necessary. Requirements to display in the OPTIMA booth are pretty simple - the car must be of above average build quality with the potential to draw spectators to the display and it must run and drive without issues so that we may put it inside the rig and place it in the booth each day. As well, we also require an OPTIMA decal placed on the front or rear window or battery box if the battery is hidden.

If you are interested, contact me via email at [email protected] with your name, cell phone number, short description of the vehicle and 4-5 pics. We can't promise any awards, but we do get very high profile placement and both display vehicles at the two shows won awards last year. We appreciate all of your support.

lol... Jody, I'd say that I would help you and I'd work for food, but that still might cost as much as having the Ring Brothers build the car. Including shipping.

I did it once, I might be able to do it again, but I would like to run the autocross.

Hey Mike, There is not an Autocross in Pleasanton at the March show (only at the May show) so you have nothing to worry about as far as that is concerned.

Hey Guys, I have one confirmed for Pleasanton already - Chris Flatmoe will be bringing his 66 Mustang Fastback that was recently featured in Car Craft Magazine. We really appreciate everyone's support and look forward to seeing many of you at the Cali events. Be sure to stop by the OPTIMA big rig and introduce yourselves to us - we'll hook you up with an OPTIMA gift if you are a Lateral-G site member. See you in Cali!
