Volkswagen Salsa Red. Very nice color, it has a nice darker shade to it.

Looks very nice. I second the Standox HS flows out much better than 15 - 60 clear.

Default Reds

I tormented Laura my girl friend with "REDS" for 2 months prior to SEMA and that was after wine.

We would driving by dealers looking at cars and spraying out paint samples. The VW Salsa Red appealed to me. It could be I like reds because I'm a little color blind in the yellow and blue spectrum.

Joe and Paul are doing a great job. The paint looks and feels great. This car will be very nice.

Mark Stielow says "This car will be very nice".

Yeah we hope so too Mark -- 'cause all your other builds have been so lame...

Default Standox hs clear

Jake, Rick, I'll have to look at the hs.The 15-60 plus is a totally new product and spray's nothing like the old 15-60. I have sprayed both and the 15-60 plus has alittle of that 2k premium feel to it.thanks Joe.

I almost painted my car that same color. Had some spray outs done with it, too. I really like that color.

Add me to that list as well! It was between VW Salsa Red or Mercedes Mars Red....then of course I went BMW blue and then now Ferrari grey!!

Looks great guys! Can't wait to see it bolted together!!

That makes sense. Guys(males) are more common to have a red/green color deficiency---just one more thing that makes you unique!
...sorry just the eye doc in me.
