Shouldn't the real blame be pointed at the shop teachers in the Portland Public School system?!

I don't know.... I graduated from the Portland public school system (well actually I dropped out my junior year of HS - but I did get a GED and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express once) and I wasn't ever shown that this kind of inattention to detail was acceptable.

MARIO ---

Now you (and everyone else) can perhaps understand my frustration... I am now at the state of just shaking my head and chuckling to myself... it's like WTF.... just grab a tool and fix it... no point in stressing out. The issues with the car have all been MINOR.... but MINOR adds up after awhile. So far its been just one thing after another.

Greg,

Agreed. Incredibly short-sighted by SAR.

Bizarre.

They could have at least gotten you a 6/32 FH screw w/black painted head from the electrical aisle at home depot...

Nah...... now you're talking about actually using a brain. That is asking for far too much!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAA

I can just mosey over to the big blue drawers full of SS button heads... grab a couple - hit 'em on the Baldor... and do the job I paid them to do.
