The car will have remote reservoir double adjustable coil overs so it will be set up for road racing but will be a nasty street car for the most part. I like to over engineer because I don't want problems at a later point in time. I just want to make sure that what ever set up I get, it will be able to handle the power and not blow up weather I'm at the drag strip, road race or mashing on the street.

If your gonna drive this thing alot on the street - I'd say consider the T-56 Magnum, or getting a divorced bellhousing TR6060 (I'll look up what shop it was that was doing that).
If the car will be seeing street/strip duty, I'd say get a built T-56 or T-56 magnum
If the car will be seeing sub 10 sec passes at the track - maybe you wanna consider a face plated T-56, it won't shift smooth on the street or sound too pretty, but it's almost unbreakable.
Like I said, it depends on what you wanna do.
