If I'm not mistaken, that land looked like it was Aetna mountain here in Chattanooga area. There is a big fight about land use. The land owner has allowed wheelers, but the neighbors hate it. Also the TWRA is involved also.

If I'm not mistaken. That is the guys 2nd or 3rd buggy like that. He drives like a wild man so it is very entertaining.
