Question Randyf - 69 Camaro

Currently building a stock looking 69 Camaro body and interior wise...suspension wise have gone to the Lateral-g / protouring side of the world.

Engine: GMPP, Fastburn 385 turnkey with Hotcam Kit,serpentine kit
Tranny: D&D Performance T-56 / Viper / 6-speed
Clutch: Mcleod, street twin, hydraulic TO bearing
Rear end: 12 bolt, Eaton 373 posi, Ford bearing ends, Moser axials
Suspension: Control Freak A-arms,Hotchkis TVS(2" drop in front and 1-1/2" drop in rear), Koni adjustable shocks
Steering: Steeroids power rack-n-pinion
Brakes: SSBC, Front - Force 10 quick change, Rear - Force 10 conversions from drum to disc
Exhaust: Pypes 2-1/2" SS, X-pipe

I have a few issues that I am trying to solve before they become issues:
1. What type and brand Headers to select with minimal interferences (ceramic coated) with best performance?
2. Need to figure out what I am using for a Transmission support member (realizing I will probaby be fabbing one is there a recommended kit to start from to minimize fabrication?)
3. Wth the T-56 / Viper/6-speed - Will I be modifying the transmission tunnel?
4. Wheel and Tire sizes - I would like to use American Racing - Torque Thrust II Chromes. I have not and do not plan on tubbing rear wheel wells...I have been seeing a lot of 69 Camaros with Front 17"X8" 4-3/4"BS (w/235s to 245 width tires) and Rear 17"X9.5" w/5.5"BS or 5.75" BS (w/275 width tires). My question is what are the viable combinations if I want to go to 18's or 19's (or a combination 18 fronts and 19 rears)?
