Just be sure to ask them how long the battery back up is. Nothing worse than going to the trouble and expense only to have a weak battery back up and the bastards cut the power and come back an hour later.
And get one that is cell phone or wireless based communications... the systems that communicate via the phone line ones don't do much good when you can easily clip the phone lines at the outside junction box.
