Default Hello I am Chris aka FoxRod

I am almost finished with my 3 year project. I am finally able to drive it and enjoy it. Like any project its just time to do some detail work.

here is some pics and specs

I am CAD Designer by trade and a Fabricator at heart. What I can't make myself I design and have it made by local shops. My favorite design so far was for a friends SEMA car that I designed a lower intake for a BOSS 302 that used the Whipple and intercooler underneath like used on a modern engine. But his sponsor took someone elses design and it was too tall for the shaker scoop.

I came up with FoxRod because yes its a foxbody, but I tried adding my own touch. I grew up with sports cars and race cars. So I like minimal and just business look. FoxRod I wanted to keep it stock appearing, but deadly. Plus this whole car was built on bartering, swapping and yes a $200 monthly allowance. Not one credit card was used and a poor focus had to take a rearend hit from a big bmw to buy the blower. Plus a insurance estimator who didn't know a gas tank from a spare tire well.

Currently do to the economics of america I was just laid off. But I keep myself busy working on FoxRod.

I have a old version of solidworks and Autocad on my computer if anyone needs anything.
