Default NEWB question about valvetrain

Guys,

Got a 1970 Olds 442 clone with a Rocket 350.
It's been completely rebuilt 5-6 years ago. But was sitting in storage
for the past 5 years after my Uncles nasty divorce.....just bought it off him.

My question is, I'm trying to determine if I have a solid FT or Roller or hydraulic setup.
He doesn't remember and my cousins lost all the rebuild paperwork.

I had the valve covers off and it's NOT the stock Olds setup.
It has these rockers http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-1442-16/
It has these guideplates http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-4842-8/
Technically my guideplates are stamped 1.6 but have the # 4862 but
I can't find those anywhere.....

I tried compressing the rocker tip arms.....and couldn't budge them.
I figured if I had hydraulic I could compress a lifter....but no go.
So I'm assuming I have a solid cam. Any way to know if it's a flat tappet or roller??

Or am I S.O.L. on this one unless I rip it apart ??
