I really think that is what makes this " CAR " hobby cool. There are so many styles. Original Early iron, Hot rod early iron, street rods, classic trucks, Modern trucks, VW's, original muscle cars, Pro street muscle cars, Pro-touring, Rat rods, Vans, Kit cars, restored Exotics, modern exotics, Super cars, luxury cars, low riders, Rice rockets, Off road trucks, pre-runners and lifted trucks And I'm sure there are many more but you get the idea. Then you can get into race cars, everything from bonneville to saturday night dirt track stuff.

I think Automotive customization is the Highest art form. Your combining, sculpture, paint and design, let alone the engineering to make it work, let alone perform and a higher level if that is what your after. Some guys just love show cars, some guys just want to drive a bucket of bolts as long as they can drive it.
