Triangulated 4-Bar or 4-bar with watts-linkage?

Help me!!!
Which setup works best for roadrace use? I have ladderbars with
coilovers and a panhard bar now. So i guess i´ll stick to the coilovers and rebuild the rest, but which typ of suspension works best?
