Default Notching the frame for 295's

Because of my severe lack of skills and time, I need to find somewhere to take my Chevelle to have the frame notched/wheel wells mini tubbed so that I can fit 295's out back. I know the Camaro guys are laughing but right now I'm not willing to actually narrow the entire rear frame, so I'll take what I can get. I'm just looking to squeeze some 18x10's and 295's in the rear, drop the stance and get Phase I knocked out. I want to get this done here in Fort Worth before the next 6 weeks but possibly trying to find someone to do it in the DC/Maryland area too if I have to wait.

I'd like to get an estimate (time and money) from a shop I wouldn't have to second guess. Help me if you can.
