LOL! Had I not done Ron's... I would probably be right there with you bro. But with some planing it can be done and come out great. Its not just a straight cut. With the bolt hole where its located and to retain strength in that area I made multiple cuts after removing the bulk of the arm. I wanted to blend the 2 angles together and make them look like they were made that way. The most recent pics of the spindles Ron posted show that pretty well.

I would be happy to help if you buy a set. If you want them to look like these.... send them to me and I will do them for you
