Don't worry about it Ron! We will just cut out the floor out & channel the body over the sub-frame! You don't need trunk space? The rear suspension can be stuffed in their.. Then we will get the ride height we want.. An inch of ground clearance is all we need!! LMAO!

Seriously tho very cool stuff.

And yeah I think 930hp will be... enough.

Wayne told me that he used Morrison as a supplier of the mandrel bent side rails and lower cradle for the C5 subframes when he was building them (since Wayne did not have that capability).

When Wayne closed shop, Morrison took over the design and refined it to make it easier to produce / less costly to produce, and also added features (the included trans crossmember being one of several).

They also did away with the use of the Speedway Engineering splined swaybar arrangement. Everything else, ie, track width, UCA/LCA mounting points, etc, is the same, to the best of my knowledge.

Here are few pics of my WD C5:

Great historical post Rob. Your WD sub sure looks similar. On the swaybar upgrade, I had the choice of a splined set up or the one I got. I chose mine based on installed 'on car' adjustability and less weight.
