Fair price for a Miller Synchrowave 180?

I have the opportunity to pick up a very lightly used Synchrowave 180 that's roughly 10 years old. The business case for the previous buyer didn't work out and it set mostly unused. I'd say it has between 50 to 100 hours on it max.
The business is in a little bit of a jam and willing to part with some unused equipment. They're not setting a price on anything, they simply will let stuff go "for the right price." It comes with machine,cart,bottle,regulator,torch, and foot petal.

If presented with the opportunity, what would you pay for a similar setup?
