Stering arm interference will not be an issue with an A body if you are using a 17" rim or larger. [you might be OK with smaleer, but I have not checked that to be sure].
With the F body steering arm you will be limited to about a 17x8 wheel with a 5" backspace. With our tru turn system you can use up to an 18x10 wheel with a 5.75 backspace. You can also use SOME 17" wheels. I say SOME, because some of the less expensive cast offshore 17" wheels have too small of inside diameter to clear the tru turn steering arm.
