Default Subframe Advice Please

Hi All,

Well, nothing is turning out easy with my build. I keep finding more and more stuff I need to fix that I didn't think I'd have to do initially. I've swapped stuff and restored vehicles before so it wasn't totally unexpected, just disappointing.

Anyway, my stock subframe isn't in very good shape. I know it can be fixed but I'm not sure if it's worth it. So, I'm posting a few pics and asking your advice.

At least 3 of the mounting stands need to be welded up or replaced, the drivers side middle mount stand looks like it's bent up a bit, and the frame springs out about 1" from where it's supposed to be in the rear when the transmission crossmember is taken out.

There are also some "dents" that may or may not be there from the factory. I haven't seen enough of these to know, so maybe someone here could tell me. They are in the pictures, just back from the middle stands.
