Wheel finish options

I have a set of 17" True Forged wheels that are polished. They are on a car that gets driven far too much to keep up with that finish. Currently I have plasti dipped the spokes but still have the polished lips. I would like to keep a similar look to that but would like to make care and cleaning easier.

Is it possible to maybe do a brushed finish on the lips and then clearcoat? What about a clearcoat over the natural polished finish? Just trying to find something someone budget friendly but also that looks good and can be easier to clean.
