Guys, what are some must haves for restomod pro touring cars?

Guys, I have been working on my car for a little over a year now and was running through some ideas for some essential upgrades for a pro-touring / restomod car. The car is a 69 camaro, it currently has an ls1 with a t-56 and dakota digital gauges, qa1 triple adjustable coil overs in the front, hotchkis big sway bar, hid lights, and electric rs doors over the air operated systems. i guess what I want know is with this being a cruiser that will never get auto crossed, raced or anything like that, what are good upgrades to build on what I have? I want to mini tub but considering I have the stock width gas tank already that seems futile, I was also thinking vintage air is a good upgrade, and finally I thought that maybe dressing my ls up would be a good idea. Let me know what you guys think, any and all positive suggestions will be taken into account and thanks in advance guys.
