Dave asked me to put more random stuff on his thread, but since this is car related, I may have to find pictures of kittens.
Jake had the arms milled. He now builds them out of DOM. For the most part they are the same location as the C5 as to retain the same Akerman. They are moved down because the rack is moved down for packaging on that subframe and to keep the bump at zero. They bolt to 2 of the holes on the hub and one on the upright itself.
Blue Mustang Ron (Good Ron) has the same subframe in his AMX, but moved the motor back far enough as to run the rack in the stock Corvette location and is running the uprights as cast from GM. Same concept you are using from your build photos, not sure why you are having bump problems unless the pivot points on your rack are different than on your LCA.
