On my strut car with an iron block and heads, a 300# C/O has a wheel rate of 270#. This wheel rate more than exceeds the wheel rate of conventional springs in the 1000# range. I think a wheel rate calculation is more relevant than static spring rate.

So what are the wheel rates we are discussing?
