Hand Operated Parking Brake in a F-Body?

Hello:

Has anyone installed the parking brake in their car that is pulled by the hand instead of pushed by foot?

If so, what kind did you use and where did you mount it.

I prefer this type of arrangement, but haven't seen any in the 1st Gen Camaros.

Is there a reason they are not being done?
