Default need help with 68 camaro front clip.

here lies the problem, i know nothing about camaro's and the clip is on a 41 ford w/ pwr steering, 383/350 combo, 12 blt posie year (MY DAD'S CAR).
we put new tires and wheels, new springs and had it aligned at the shop a while back and the poblem is the car grabs all the grooves and bumps in the road, from left to right and back and forth, it's like the car is looking for somewhere to go except straite. i have tried inflateing and deflating the tires a few lbs but that didn't work.
my question is on a budget can you guys suggest some parts and pieces that would help the car to feel more secure, drive better, handle better. in no way is this a lateral-g car but right now the car is kinda dangerous.
thanks, kurt
