LS2 Head swap

I have two different sets of heads I'm considering. AFR mongoose or Trick Flow.

I have seen write ups on both (LS2 head swap CHP Mag) heads. TFS seem to be the better of the two but, they had some hand finish work prior to the test.

Any preferences for heads? also I will need new pushrods. Can anyone recommend a set and the length to use with those heads?
