Beat them down in court.. sometimes its the only way.

Research what Novas like yours are going for.. you were wronged and you need to be "made whole"

Since it was her fault you should be in a great position legally. The key will be to show what the real-world value of the car was.

And then there's that "pain and suffering" suit

If you have an agreed value policy then your insurance company need to step up and fight the battle for you. They may not want to do this until you apply some pressure

Yeah, it hit pretty hard, it almost threw the motor and trans out of the car, i will say the tci front end held up pretty good for such a hard hit.
I just had a few scratches and bruises mainly because i had my arm on the top of the door and I was holding onto the vent window
