The caliper uses a M10x1.0 banjo bolt while most pre-1978 GM vehicles use 7/16, so that swap doesn't work out so well. There are plenty of 1978+ hoses available off the shelf if you want to go the rubber hose route and don't mind doing some searching, or you could buy a set of braided stainless to suit your needs.

A third option would be to just cut and reflare your hard line at the frame to match the M10x1.0 ISO bubble flare used on the LS1 hose and use the hoses you've got.
