I was coughing too much... **inconel**... before I could post this any earlier.

And yes... Burns specializes in inconel... not to forget to mention that his "X-Design" program is the cats ass in proto/development units.


BTW... BAD... pass the kudos up to Tim. That is some quality work...

im totally with you guys on the inconel being the most expensive, and propably most highend, but unless tou really need the last ounces of weight id much rather have a header made from alittle thicker wall 321 stainless and not have to endure the soind of a paper thin header.. also with that thin a tube im not sure you can support the weight of an exhaust system....

is it for race only, or do you "just" want the look and feel of perfect quality??

Honestly... if I had my choice, I would select 321.

It has the best fatigue resistance of all the materials noted.
