Katech is a high class company and know their stuff, but I am sick of hearing their elite attitude on the Corvette forums and LS1 tech. Trust me. You're not the only one that doesn't think the world of Katech. Many people including damn good engine builders don't like them or their products. It's not an issue of being jealous of their sucess either.

I'll eventually build a 402 and I'll be happy with my streetable 500 HP engine with its gobs of torque to get my boat of a TA moving. I'll do it for waaaaaaay under $10k too. $50k is wow!
