Not matching anything. Just a done up cutlass convertible. Based on my experience it would be a 15-18K car realisticly.

Reality looks like a $ 3500.00 parts car

I agree I would be more inclined to go see an older/classic car in person before buying sight unseen, but I can say I have bought 2 later model cars (both 2001s) out of state and sight-unseen. But I had very detailed pictures, descriptions, etc and both cars turned out to be better than I had expected when I picked them up. Just sayin....

There are classic cars bringing 6 figures that were found in fields with trees growing through them.
and that justifies everything?

Man, I'm sorry to hear that. I think I would have to find this guy and hang him up by his *****, I can't say that on this website, but you get what I mean. It's a shame to see crooked people out there stealing peoples hard earned money, especially in this day and age.

This is exactly what these used car dealers that specialize in muscle cars do everyday of the week.

The buy some rotted out POS and throw on $500 paint, $800 of interior, $1200 in wheels, tires and brakes.. then bingo; $25K HOT ROD with 52,000 original miles that some grandma owned.

Not all used car lots are like this but the majority are exactly as portrayed in the movies.

Scum bags.

... I've seen some around here do that, but periodically (I assume when the lawsuits start) close and then reopen under a different name.
