I saw the thread title and almost said McDonalds...

What is so much better about the Burr King, as compared to a belt sander? Is it just more robust?

X2 I have a JET and agree its a cheap piece of crap but what can I do with the BurrKing that I can't do with it?

We've got one at BOS and use the crap outta it everyday. Save ur cash and get it. You'll Love it.

Thanks for all the replies guys.

So far Greg's suggestion on the Multi-tool with like a Jet grinder seems to be the best alternative I have seen.
