I think calling people out on here is starting to get real old and it's pretty childish at that in my opinion. If you havent heard from your dealer in months then fine but otherwise be patient people get busy and if all else fails contact better business bureau and then post on here if you still get no response...

I will also say that I have never ever once heard a bad thing about Frank nothing but good things. The guy seems like a class act and is always willing to help even if you dont buy from him he will give free advice which is worth a lot in my book...

I guess your one that likes to spend THOUSANDS and wait for months for product when a dealer says a couple weeks. I for one would like to gain interest on my money from my bank.
You need to remember that these are sponsors on this site. If we the members dont know about a problem then the next member will order and be put in the same spot. What ever happened to someones word?
My rant was directed to no one on this site. It was just that, a rant. So take it for what its for.
Frank is a good guy. He helps many! But he does NEED to hire more help!

Ok yes waiting months does in fact suck! But if the case is that it is back ordered like frank said then it wouldnt matter what sponsor you buy from your going to wait... I just think calling someone out on here should be a last ditch effort because not only does it make you look bad when you have a total of 1 POST and it's to rag on a sponsor but it also brings a lot of negative attention to a company...Just my rant

I waited forever for my front rotors from Wilwood. Frank hooked me up with larger rotors at no charge since Wilwood still didn't have them available. Can't beat that.....

This is Andrew, I am handling orders and forums for Frank while he is at SEMA this week. Actually I will be handling a lot more of the orders and forum stuff now to relieve Frank.

Welcome to lateralg and post some info on that project for everyone to see. Frank told me it is going to be pretty sick. I know we want to see those Forgelines and Wilwoods on it. Dave at Forgeline told us you sent the wheels back to be diamond cut, sounds incredible. Send us some pics of the Forgelines when they come back.

In the meantime, I am probably eaiser to reach this week then Frank, so if you need me for anything my number at the shop is 4078846756

That is the shop and fax line, if it is loud in the shop we do not here it sometimes.

If you need something you can send a email to Franks email and I am watching that also. Or just try the shop line once in a while and someone will catch it if they hear it

Andrew

I think this thread helps Prodigy's potential customers......he replied 40mins after it was posted and addressed the prob.
