The 14" Wilwoods have been on back order. I am waiting for 14" kits to ship hopefully Tuesday or Weds.

Soon as they ship i will send tracking

As for not calling back, i was without a phone for 2 days monday and Tuesday but I did not miss any calls i know of. I do see a call from you tonight at 8:30

I will be at SEMA all week, but my phone will work.

And I always have email but I have nothing from you Ozzie

I think Frank is dealing with SEMA right now?? Not sure on that. I have always had good luck calling him direct with any questions.
Did you place the order with him personally?
In case you need it his number is 407-832-1752.

Frank is a stand up guy. I am sure this is an accident or the wires got crossed somehow.

EDIT: Frank beat me to the reply...

Actually just checked in before going to be, leaving for SEMA at 5AM.

People get used to calling me at night and I answer most times as a courtesy, but often times the phone is on silent at night and on the charger. I cannot take calls every night only at night.

Ozzy is a good guy and has a right to be aggravated, especially if I missed a call. I have been busy for the last week getting stuff in order for the week away, and yes his brakes have taken too long.

On a good note, Wilwood is a product we will be stocking very soon, especially these big boys that sometime take a while.

I think calling people out on here is starting to get real old and it's pretty childish at that in my opinion. If you havent heard from your dealer in months then fine but otherwise be patient people get busy and if all else fails contact better business bureau and then post on here if you still get no response...

I will also say that I have never ever once heard a bad thing about Frank nothing but good things. The guy seems like a class act and is always willing to help even if you dont buy from him he will give free advice which is worth a lot in my book...

I guess your one that likes to spend THOUSANDS and wait for months for product when a dealer says a couple weeks. I for one would like to gain interest on my money from my bank.
You need to remember that these are sponsors on this site. If we the members dont know about a problem then the next member will order and be put in the same spot. What ever happened to someones word?
My rant was directed to no one on this site. It was just that, a rant. So take it for what its for.
Frank is a good guy. He helps many! But he does NEED to hire more help!

Ok yes waiting months does in fact suck! But if the case is that it is back ordered like frank said then it wouldnt matter what sponsor you buy from your going to wait... I just think calling someone out on here should be a last ditch effort because not only does it make you look bad when you have a total of 1 POST and it's to rag on a sponsor but it also brings a lot of negative attention to a company...Just my rant
