I also would love to know how to do this, I've got to replace my headliner and the old style just isn't going to go with the rest of the car. Someone really needs to start producing new style headliners for the Muscle Car Market.

it's easier to start with headliner from a late model car,find oversize liner ,maybe out of crew cab truck,cut ,trim and glue till you get it to fit, lay some fleee or fiberglass and resin,keep laying and grinding till you get it even and smooth it's alot of work,but easier than having a car on rotisserie and laying the glass in the car from scratch.

The problem is cost by the time you make a mold and get them ready to sell you have to sell alot to keep price down,There is not a big enuf demand except the Camaro guys right now.I have looked in to it for a long time.Selling one or two a year for other cars is not worth the time involved,
