Getting Craigslist to appoint you as one of their 'Special Masters' certainly has its perks it appears.

As much as I love the current stance of the car, you could come up a little in the front to lessen the number of ant's you decapitate going down the road! Not to mention less chance of more oil pan/scattershield damage
That's probably a very good idea, even if a half inch or inch... I would love to be able to get rid of the lowering blocks in the rear too. They must be either 1.5" or 2". Gotta find that compromise of drivability, performance, and stance.

Good luck at RTTC. Have fun man!
Thanks. Even as ridiculously competitive as I am, I have very little expectation of doing well at RTTC. Just wanna get my feet wet!

I'd say tracking a guy down for almost 6 weeks with near psychotic stalking texting, emailing, and calling for a screamin deal on a radiator qualifies.

Justin, what's up buddy! Glad you posted. For those who don't recognize, Justin here is who I bought the Camaro from and he had some great stuff done to it in the 3 years he owned it.

Looks like you found your C-10 pickup. Congrats. Email me some pics or start a thread!

yes dave if there are 2 in block in the rear they are definitely compromising performance with that large of a block you have a good chance of getting axle wrap. with block is recommended to not exceed 1" for performance driving. what size tires are on the front now? if they are 235 40s then getting the new tires will raise the front almost .5

Yep, I've heard that 1" max block size from others... hmmmm maybe we should swap these blocks out for 1" before RTTC.

Fronts are currently 7 year old Dunlops 235/40/17.

All -- I am wide open for critique on my upgrade plans for RTTC, so if you have comments or objections, I welcome them.
