For me the sub connectors stick up somewhat to far and it looks like a fitted carpet would not fit the floor properly. I plan on having passengers in the back seat (my daughter come to mind) and it seems like there would be a problem with space underneath the carpet on both sides of the connector. I guess one solution would be to put some sort of foam on each side of the connector to build up the space.

Eric, my builder suggested cutting them down and boxing them back.

Rick, making a set would be cheaper, huh?

Has anyone had carpet problems with their DSE connectors?
