I will use this to feel better about ever buying anything from CPP, as they responded promptly and were ready to remedy the problem. Also, walls of text are hard to read, punctuation is your friend.

Looks to me like the entire thing was a huge waste of time for someone who was bored out of his mind and felt like busting some poor working shlubs balls. Move on with life. They said they would take care of it.

CPP are "average joe" parts... so you bought PRICE over TOP QUALITY to begin with. A buddy just bought their A arms - despite my pleading with him to NOT buy them - and the alignment shop couldn't align the car - and pointed straight to the CPP arms as the reason.

Having said that - they told you they'd handle it - once you sent the parts back. So send the parts back.

I think I missed where you feel entitled to a new box being sent without meeting the warrenty stipulations. Seems unreasonable, on your part. Then to post it up while puffing out your chest as if you did something good is in poor taste.

This certainly means you dealt with someone who was able to resolve problems, if there were any. If you did find someone at CPP who was able to help you I would appreciate his/her contact info. The end result I would like to achieve to is a functioning CPP500 box. It fits great but i would like to do no more than 1 additional removal and install. All the other items I bought from them from them have been as advertised and I am satisfied.

the fact was I didn't get what i would consider a reasonable resolution especially considering i was willing to pay for the 2nd box while they figured out the problem with the original very gently used one but i got very concerned when i found the thread on pro-touring forum and a similar problem that surfaced on the 348-408 forum so they should be aware that their boxes have had problems and given my distance getting back a box with the same problem would be annoying at the very least so they need to do some real life testing on any replacement box they ship out which has not always been the experience of some other customers which makes the fact that i played with the guy a little an immaterial point of fact and i like run-on sentences and feel your grammatical comments are gratuitous irrelevant and quite honestly hurtful as the point is the message not the media imho nuff said
