We wanted a better ride quality at the low ride height we were trying to run. The top links were hitting the rear floor boards. We were also swapping out the 10 bolt anyways so it was a good time to change it all out.

I'm also lowering the car. Were the links hitting the floor at the point it starts going up over the rear? I'm at a point now where I could possibly modify the floor for extra clearance.

You can see where the links were hitting. Please excuse the dust. I have a half mile gravel driveway...


Ride quality was obviously poor with it setup this way. Though we never adjusted it to see where it could be before we decided to replace it. I sent you a PM with some more details on our experience with the car after we bought it.
