I get phone calls weekly from Australian customers. Hell, we built a car for a guy out there and shipped it for him.

I wouldn't say we don't give international orders the same kind of attention...

For example, I had PM'd Gavin that his wheels were ready and shipping from Forgeline. I took the time to PM him... Proactively telling him that they were in shipping from Forgeline.

Maybe someone is a little and I can understand since he has waited so long, with first the Fikse order, and then switching to Forgeline, but at some point, I can only do so much and I think by PM'ing him without prompting was the right thing to do...

Long story short, your wheels are done, we have proven confirmation of that. And as soon as they show up here on our dock, believe me, you'll be the first one to know about it.

You are showing more patience than i ever could, 6 months a long time to wait. Although i ordered a set through Boze at the start of December and told they would be shipped on Tuesday but that day came and went. Hang in there mate hopefully will be well worth the wait.

So you ordered on Nov 15th and they are ready already? That is not that bad of a wait for 3 pc wheels.

My wording didn't come out right...Jon is one of the few exceptions I have encountered, he has been exceptionally helpful with any enquiry I've made. Must be hard being the middle guy in all this.

Communication is the key, emails end up in junk or whatever but as was said before, even if it's a PITA, a phone call usually sorts it and gets the message through.

I called Jon yesterday and things are moving along. I have no doubt that the wheels are being shipped.

Jon, cant wait for this Fikse wheel nightmare to end for you. I truly believe you are a stand up guy and are doing all you can. Sorry to see you getting caught up in something that I'm sure if you would have seen coming in the first place would never have gotten involved with Fikse.

No need for a response, just saying.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to now taking the manufacturer's roll as NewGen Wheels. And with our new "Order Tracker" our customers will all know where there wheels are at each stage of the build, like I described here: https://lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=35173

If I was a customer I really wouldn't want you guys posting my address and name etc in these public forums.... Maybe go back and delete the post with all that personal info in it. You've just informed the world what size and brand etc with an address connected to it. Really not kool.
