What Steering joint to use? 67 Camaro

I guess im a little lost on this now. I have done some research and it seems that a double u-joint would be too long to fit in between my firewall output and the stock steering box.
Are you guys using rack and pinions when removing the bushings?
I assume I will need a double u-joint to get the angle right?

I didnt think this would be so hard.
