You may remember Rad Rides doing a '66 Biscayne named 'Hurricane' a few years back. That was lowered.

Again a few years back, Hot Rod did a feature on a '66 Biscayne called 'Bisquik' IIRC. Perhaps in that article they mention where the lowered springs came from.
