Brett - On cuts like that, what about making templates out of 1/4" plywood or tempered masonite that you could clamp to the frame rails? Those would be quick and produce pretty clean plasma cuts.

So, at least brakes match now--and the Chicayne Speedtech Floater will take care of any knockback problems I may have had. I have to say, I will miss being part of the drum brake one legged Jihad team (DBOLJ). I'm no longer original.
