I love that you're including your boy in the build... And building these at home is way harder than it looks... Never enough tools and never enough space... I've built many this way - trust me. I love it!

Looks like you're making great progress. Are you going to reuse the Dynatech headers? If so, it's good idea to mock them up as well so you can check for clearances.

I will be reusing the Dynatech's for the time being. I checked clearance around the new steering box and everything looks good. Ground clearance looks decent.

These are mock up pics before the steering box but there is plenty of room with the box installed:

My two little helpers hard at work. My daughter supervises and J does the wrenching. Gotta love it!

My daughter already called dibs on the car.
