It used to be S.W.'s. He sold it several years ago to a friend of his, who sent it back to DSE for a Quadra-link & FAST F.I. That guy brought it to B-J. The karts were a blast, but I'm a bit hefty for them. I barely fit into their fat-guy kart. I could hardly breathe wedged in it. The acceleration when you're 2" off the ground is plenty awesome!
I really wanted to do the C-7 Vette experience, but it was full. Plus, my wife reminded me I had already spent quite enough for one week!

AH HA -- YEAH!! SW's.... I spoke too soon. I knew I recognized the car. They're very similar except SW's was nicer, faster, and he drove it better. LOL

I've done Bondurant several times now -- wish it helped my driving, but that's another issue.... With the Karts - you accelerate into the corner... I'd haul down the front straight and bang down an gear and punch it... and you're pulling like 2 G's.... they're so much fun!

This is the only school other than Dirt Fish - where the instructors actually WANT you to go faster (if you're good enough). All the other schools that I've taken are more of a take the money and show 'em a good time. The guys at Bondurant dissect your every move and discuss how to carry your speed etc - and will raise your game if they think you are capable (you have to show you can do what they're asking of you). One school won't make you AJ Foyt... but they sure will give you some building blocks to make you better.

I really wish Dirtfish would do an advanced class. That was super duper fun. I must have the best Mother In Law - EVER

Anybody get to see the big reveal on the show last night? They did a pretty good job of it. Brought back the whole day again.
