If it was an ad designed by a realtor, it would read "fixer upper", "Handyman special", or "investment opportunity".

The ad should read:
For sale
Desirable VIN tag for Camaro. Comes with miscellaneous scrap metal.

Wow, that is as bad as when I went to look at a '55 210 2dr sedan for $2500 (almost 8yrs ago). It turned out to be rusted out and had been in a garage fire, not a spec of rubber/plastic/glass left, and the sheet metal that was left was warped all to hell.
