Just remember that Aluminum has "durability issues". It should be used where servicing it is regular and ongoing (such as a race car)... and used where to win is everything - which means shaving weight for performance gains.

I ran a Strange aluminum pumpkin on my street driven '56 Nomad. It was a waste of money but it looked cool.
