Set up is the same result not so much. I will try again later today. The first photo looks like two lines and has me miffed

Are you not removing the adapter and finishing the flare with the swivel?

I think the step I missed was the chamfer of the tube before going into the die, also I was looking at the first picture via my phone which gave me a different look, no issues with the first pic. I am heading out to try again, thanks

No chamfering.......I cut the line with a wheel type tubing cutter, install the line in the clamp bar using the boss on the adapter to set stick out, install the adapter in the line end, press the double bubble, remove the adapter, and press with the swivel.

thanks but I just do not get the thickness around the edges like yours, its not a bubble before I press it one more time with the swivel

Sounds like your tube is being pushed back through the holder, Tighten the screws and or clamp it in a vice.

After you cut the tube file it perfectly square and debur before you use the flaring tool. Also put a little lube on the tube or die end such as WD40
