I did both door skins at the same time, so no reference there, the quarter panel is still on the pass side but the AMD skins are not the same as the GM ... grrrrrr!

I'll line up the front on the rocker and see if that helps. Do the professional shops gap everything W/O weatherstripping? And then just squish it when the door is closed?

Thanks for commenting .... any other ideas or pictures of 67 gaps?

Speaking of door gaps, Kevin... could you reference my third pix above and get a measurement from you r car? Hopefully you haven't taken them off for anything .... have you tried to put new weatherstripping on the old doors yet?

My doors seemed to close way to hard on the new weatherstripping ... as if, the gaps were TOO close!

Thanks Kevin ...

What should the gap at the bottom of the door to the rocker be?

I go by the body lines and top of the door then fill/adjust the bottom gap last. 1/4" without paint.

That is what I have done so far, the AMD door skin fits better to the OEM quarter than it does the AMD quarter, grrrrrr. What concerns me is the distance from the front to back, ie... where to position the door so its not too close to the back but still closes with the striker in place, and ... the door still closes w new weatherstripping.

Thanks for commenting ....
