I bought some universal LS wires from Taylor. These come with ceramic plug boots, rated to 2000*F. I will be adding some plug wire sleeves from Thermotec for additional protection.

One tip I wanted to throw out for those who assemble their own plug wires. Even with soapy water or grease it can be a struggle getting the wires pushed through the boots before adding the terminals. Mc Kay makes a brake assembly lube which is far superior for assembling rubber to rubber, o-rings in cylinders, etc. One bottle will last for a long time, I've had this same small bottle for 15+ years. It only takes a drop or two, and really speeds up assembly time.

Cool

Liking those wires Jody, plus every time I see the welds from Roadster Shop I go "wow".

Crossing some small items off my list while I wait on parts. Tweaked the 1/2" stainless hard lines and built a rear muffler hanger that bolts to the chassis; that way nothing is supported by the body itself. Finally got to use my rod bender from Eastwood...
