Mark Williams does make them. Because of the very short length of my driveshaft, I went with the Mark Williams 7075 aluminum shaft since it was lighter. Up to a certain length (pretty short - around 20" IIRC), the weight of bonding the ends on a carbon shaft outweighs the weight differential between the aluminum and carbon fiber. After that the carbon shaft is lighter.
