I don’t have any data other than “looking X guessing”. I would bet the stock LS7 Camaro Z/28 Tri Y headers will make more power. The GM Powertrain team did a lot of work on those Z/28
Manifolds to get over 505 HP stock.

I have made over 800 HP with the Holley exhaust manifolds on a blower motors.

Both are good. The Holley’s fit the “look” of the engine bay better.

On season 1 episode 15 of Engine Masters they tested the Holley manifold against a mid and full length on a LS.




But for those that don’t have the capability of watching.

Thanks. I use those tri-y LS and LT manifolds on all the junk I build . I find them on eBay for a couple of hundred dollars. Great value but they are a little ugly.
